Webinar with Pfizer: Kinetic characterization of ligand & antibody binding to cell surface expressed CCRL2
March 31, 2022
Labroots will be hosting another free SPRm200 webinar with Biosensing Instrument and Pfizer on April 26, 2022, 8:00 am San Diego| 11:00 am Boston |4:00 pm London time.
SPRM (Surface Plasmon Resonance Microscopy) is a powerful technology that enables label-free kinetic binding interaction studies of drug molecules with whole cells in real-time. By combining traditional cell culture and imaging techniques with standard biophysical assays, SPRM enables direct measurements of the interaction between drug compound and membrane receptors while in their native whole-cell environment. This unique approach delivers more biologically relevant information about drug target interactions. In this webinar, Pfizer will show how they utilized SPRM along with other biophysical techniques to characterize ligand and antibody binding to CCRL2. We will also provide an overview of the SPRM technology with a variety of small molecule and antibody binding examples.
Learnings of this webinar:
- Overview of SPRm principals
- Review case studies of small molecule and antibody binding interactions
- Discover label-free GPCR binding affinity and kinetic measurements on whole cells
