SURFACE PLASMON RESONANCE

Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) has emerged as a powerful detection technique due to its high sensitivity and label-free capability. This optical-based real-time detection method delivers superior results across diverse categories of research. Applications include life science, drug discovery, electrochemical analysis, food quality and safety, environmental science, and chemical sensor development.

SURFACE PLASMON RESONANCE MICROSCOPY

Surface Plasmon Resonance Microscopy (SPRM) seamlessly integrates bright field optical images of whole cells with SPR to measure binding affinity and kinetics of membrane proteins on whole cells with small molecule, antibody or peptides.  Because of its high spatial resolution (~ 1 μm), it can also monitor and measure virus and bacteria binding activities.
